STRAWBERRY CLOUD CAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Thaw and drain strawberries, reserving the syrup. Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup of liquid. Combine cake mix, gelatin, eggs. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Add oil and 3/4 cup liquid and beat another 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Fold in drained strawberries. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or seven minute frosting. Garnish with real fruit. Makes an attractive dessert.
