1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crumble cookies with rolling pin. Cream and chill powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter. Blend and chill pudding and milk. Add Cool Whip to all above mixture. Layer cookies and pudding mixture; finishes with cookies. Chill before serving.
