HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
Melt 1 stick of butter in large baking dish. Layer bottom of dish with a 24 ounce pack of frozen hash browns. In a separate dish mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 16 ounce sour cream, 2 cups shredded (yellow) cheese and 2 green onions, chopped. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put on top of potatoes and mix.

Melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix with 2 cups bread crumbs. Layer top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
