2/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Bring these ingredients to a boil. After they boil for a few minutes, take off heat and add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring.
