1/3 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. Karo light syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla

Heat 1/3 cup water with cocoa and Karo light syrup. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla when completely cool and then cover and refrigerate.
