CHOCOLATE TART 
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff. Beat yellows until real thick. Combine. Sift dry ingredients and add to eggs. Add vanilla.

Grease jelly roll pan - line with wax paper - grease and flour. Bake 15-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 10 minutes. Turn cake out on wax paper that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll like a jelly roll, while still warm.

SAUCE:

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cocoa

Cook sauce until drip off spoon looks a little thick.

FILLING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip or 1 pt. cream

When cake is cool or ready to serve, unroll and spread with part of whipped cream and roll back up and slice. Serve with whipped cream topped with sauce.
