CHOCOLATE-MINT CHEESE TART 
3/4 c. crushed chocolate wafers
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (4 oz.) frozen egg product, thawed
3 tbsp. miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Strawberry halves, for garnish

Sprinkle wafer crumbs evenly in bottom of 8 inch springform pan. Set aside. In blender, blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate pieces and strawberries. Blend until well combined (mixture will be thick). Scrape sides of container and stir with spatula as necessary. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in 300 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until nearly set when shaken. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Loosen sides of pan. Cool completely. Cover, chill several hours or overnight. To serve, garnish with strawberries or other fresh fruit. 12 servings.
