SHALOM CHILI BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 cups water or beef stock
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
cumin
garlic
salt
pepper

Brown ground beef. Sauté onions and celery. Place all ingredients in pot and simmer about 1 hour. Adjust seasonings to taste. If a thicker soupis desired, add macaroni or more beans.
