HERBED OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano leaves
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1 1/4 lb. skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips

In small bowl combine crumbs and seasonings; dip chicken strips in water then into crumb mixture, pressing crumbs to make sure they adhere and chicken is thoroughly coated. Spray a non-stick baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; arrange chicken on sheet and sprinkle evenly with any remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
