BAKED CEREAL CUSTARD 
3/4 c. Grape Nuts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt, nutmeg

Mix cereal with butter. Beat sugar into eggs. Add cereal mixture and remaining ingredients to eggs; blend. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Place in a pot of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Bake 20 minutes longer until knife comes out clean. Serve warm, top with cream.
