CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

In medium bowl, combine flour, walnuts and brown sugar. Pour in butter and toss with fork. Pat mixture into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

CHEESECAKE:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 eggs

In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon extract until smooth. Add eggs, beat well. Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Spoon over cheesecake, spread evenly. Bake 5-7 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Cut and enjoy! Makes 24 bars.
