CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (your preference of flavor)

Place chicken in pan and cover with water, slightly salted. Bring water to a boil. Simmer for about 1/2 hour until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken from water and cool. When it has cooled enough to handle, remove meat from the bones and skin. Place pieces of chicken in an 8"x8" pan. Mix soup, milk and sour cream and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing according to box directions (or use your own favorite stuffing recipe with the chicken broth to make about three cups) and spread over chicken. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until stuffing starts to brown and crisp.
