ECLAIR TORTE 
1 lb. graham crackers
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

TOPPING:

2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat pudding mix and milk; add Cool Whip and blend. Place a layer of graham crackers end to end in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread some of the pudding mixture on crackers; layer; ending with crackers on top.

Mix topping ingredients, spread on top of crackers. Let torte set for 24 hours before serving. Although simple, this is a delicious and lovely dessert. Serves 10-12.
