1 can cherry pie filling
1 can Eagle Brand
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix first 3 ingredients; drain fruit and add. Fold in Cool Whip and chill.
