CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
4 to 6 chicken breasts pounded flat, dipped in egg, breaded & fried
2 pkgs. creamed spinach
1 can cream mushroom soup
Grated Swiss cheese

Spread cream spinach in baking pan. Spread undiluted soup on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of this. Place chicken pieces over all and cover with more grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
