CRUMB TOP APPLE PIE 
3 lbs. Winesap or Delicious
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Arrange sliced apples in pie. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Combine all until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 40 minutes in 400 degree oven.
