CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 or 3 ribs celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked chopped chicken or 2 chicken breasts, cooked
1 c. shredded cheese
egg noodles or spaghetti

Saute celery and onion in a small amount of butter or spray. Add the soups, then the chicken. Cook noodles or spaghetti as directed; drain. Place on platter or bowl. Pour the chicken mixture over top and sprinkle with the cheese. Enjoy; a very easy dish to prepare.
