CHEESE DELIGHT IN EVERY BITE
CHICKEN
 
3 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned, skinned
1 clove garlic or garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. fine dry Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Add garlic to melted butter and let stand 20 minutes. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter, then crumb mixture. Place in large shallow pan, approximately 15 x 10 x 2 inches, tucking sides under to form a neat roll. Be sure breast pieces do not touch each other.

Pour any excess butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Baste occasionally with pan juices.
