MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Oil for frying

Remove all cartilage from crab meat. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Add crab meat and mix gently but thoroughly. Shape into 6 cakes. Fry in hot oil until browned or pan fry in a little butter or oil until browned on both sides.
