MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 slice bread, grated

Finger crab meat lightly to get all the shell out. Then add ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to fry.

Heat oil or butter in pan. Fry until brown then turn and brown.
