4 lg. cream cheese, softened
5 bunches green onions, chopped, including green
1/4 c. milk

After chopping green onions, place in bowl and salt. Put cream cheese in bowl and soften to room temperature. Add onions to cream cheese and beat by hand and add 1/4 cup of milk to mixture and beat until smooth and creamy.
