1 sm. pkg. Roquefort cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
6-8 green onions and tops, chopped
Milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt
Potato chips, vegetables or corn chips

Soften cheese to room temperature, mash with fork and blend well. Add garlic and onion. Add mayonnaise and milk to dipping consistency. Salt to taste.
