CHEESE LOGS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese (creamy in dish)
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, if desired
1 tbsp. diced onion
Pecan meal
1 tbsp. diced green pepper
Parsley flakes

Combine above ingredients. Chill. Make into balls or logs and roll in pecan meal. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and refrigerate.
