CABBAGE 'N NOODLES 
Approx. 3 lb. head cabbage
8 or 12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1 med. onion, diced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. parsley (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. butter

Cook noodles and drain. Set aside. Shred cabbage. Add spices, butter and butter to the cabbage. Cook until tender in approximately 1/4 cup water. Add noodles and simmer another 5 minutes.
