FRIED CUTLET 
2 lbs. steak cutlet
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt, optional
Parsley, chopped fine
Flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
Parmesan cheese

Cut cutlet into pieces for serving. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, dip in egg beaten slightly with water, parsley (garlic salt) then roll in crumbs. Saute slowly in oil until well browned and tender, about 2 minutes for each side.
