POTATO SUPREME | |
2 lb. bag frozen hashbrown patties 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. fresh bread crumbs Defrost potatoes, combine with melted butter, add other ingredients except buttered bread crumbs. Put in buttered casserole dish and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12 to 14. |
