PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. honey
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 (29 oz.) lg. can pumpkin (3 c.)
1 tsp. salt, cinnamon, cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat)
1/2 c. bran or wheat germ
Raisins, optional

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (more or less).
