1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch or caramel topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton extra creamy Cool Whip
2 crushed Heath bars

Bake cake according to directions. Cool completely. When cool, poke holes one inch apart with handle of wooden spoon. Pour over the can of condensed milk, then caramel topping. Chill several, then top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed Heath bars on top.
