BROCCOLI PIE 
4 c. peeled broccoli, cut in large pieces
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 c. cooked carrot slices
3 hard boiled eggs
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Crushed cornflakes
Butter

Cook all vegetables in salted water until tender, but not completely done. Combine milk, onion, mayonnaise and prepared mustard. Arrange vegetables and eggs in layers, beginning with broccoli, using sauce to separate layers. Cover with sauce; sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
