“HONEY CHEESECAKE” IS IN:

HONEY CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. ground walnuts
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. honey (plus extra for drizzling)
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine flour, ground walnut, and cinnamon. Add honey and melted butter; mix well. Press into bottom and up sides of 8-inch spring-form pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or till lightly browned.

Filling:

2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. honey
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel

Blend cream cheese with honey till smooth. Beat in eggs and yolks. Add remaining ingredients; beat till smooth. Turn into prepared crust and bake at 300°F for 50-55 minutes or till set. Cool and thoroughly chill in fridge before serving.

Tip: Lightly drizzle top of cheesecake with additional honey, if desired.
