BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
3 to 4 c. broccoli, raw (small pieces)
3 to 4 c. cauliflower, raw (small pieces)
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lg. tomato, diced
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped green olives

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Add cheese to top of salad. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
