BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
3 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
3 1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. chopped onion

Mix: 3/4 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar

Pour dressing mix over combined salad ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. This is better when it is made 2 days ahead of time, the extra day blends the flavors.
