Sm. head cauliflower
Sm. bunch broccoli
1 c. celery, cut up
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 bacon, fried and crumbled
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped white onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix vegetable in salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Chill before serving.
