MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
3/4 c. marshmallow cream or 16 marshmallows, quartered

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, water, and syrup in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water and beat on high speed (use electric hand mixer) until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove pan from heat and beat in marshmallow cream until frosting is of spreading consistency.

This recipe is amazing, little messy but WORTH IT COMPLETELY! I hate the gritty paste taste in frosting and this doesn't have it at all! So light and fluffy, it's so delish!!! I definitely give it 5 stars...
