1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Garlic powder to taste
20 jumbo shells
1 qt. spaghetti sauce

4 oz. grated mozzarella cheese

Mix ground beef with ricotta cheese, parsley, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and fry.

Meanwhile cook 20 jumbo shells as directed on package except shorten cooking time by 5 minutes. Shells should be firm. Cool in cold water and drain. Stuff each shell with the meat mixture.

Pour a little of the spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 2 1/2 quart flat baking dish. Place shells in 1 layer, pour rest of sauce on and sprinkle 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese over top.

Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and bake uncovered 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
