STUFFED SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
1 egg, beaten
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese
Oregano & garlic to taste
1 lg. jar Prego sauce (or make own sauce)

Boil shells. Mix all ingredients, except Prego. Stuff mixture into shells. Place into glass casserole dish. Pour sauce over shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
