COTTAGE POTATOES 
2 pkgs. frozen hash browns with pimiento peppers
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

TOPPINGS:

Grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a 9"x13" casserole dish. Add grated cheddar cheese as a topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add crushed potato chips on top and bake 15 minutes longer.
