FROSTED MEATLOAF 
1 egg
1/3 c. quick rolled oats
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Instant potatoes
American cheese slices

In bowl, beat egg, add oats, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add beef. Mix well. Put meat in baking pan; shape in loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Drain off fat. Mix potatoes. Follow directions on box - use only half the milk. Spread potatoes all over loaf about 1/2 inch thick. Put back in oven 15 minutes. Remove; add cheese slices and let melt then serve. 6 servings.
