ROAST DUCK | |
5-5 1/2 lb. duck Orange juice Lawry's seasoning salt Apples, if desired Rinse inside and outside of duck and rub with Lawry's seasoning salt throughout. Place uncovered in 350 degree oven for an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. Drain fat. Return covered duck to oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until done, basting periodically with orange juice. If desired, put apples in cavity. |
