ROASTED DUCK BREAST | |
Duck breasts Flour Salt and pepper 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing Roll duck in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown in hot oil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package. Put stuffing in small roaster. Place browned duck over dressing. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
