RICE PILAF 
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown rice
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth

In a 2 quart pan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until soft. Add rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is golden (about 5 minutes). Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until rice is done (25-35 minutes).
