CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
6 crushed satin crackers
2 c. (1 lb.) crab meat
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Make a cream sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add all other ingredients, crab meat last. Bake in 400 degree oven a few minutes until browned.
