CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 lb. crab meat
Lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Sprinkle juice over crab meat. Set aside. Melt butter, add flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix and stir until smooth. Add milk slowly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Mix in crab meat, then pour into 9"x13" dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.
