BEAN AND BEEF STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 lg. onion

Cook above until tender and meat is done. Drain off fat. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Add to meat. Add salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons chili pepper, 1 large can tomatoes, and 4 large potatoes (cut into cubes). Simmer until potatoes are done. Add 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar. Heat through.
