BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix all other ingredients together except crackers. Add broccoli to creamed mixture and put in baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
