BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli (or fresh)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli as directed on box and drain. Cut up cheese in small chunks and combine with 1/2 stick butter and broccoli in baking dish. Melt remaining butter and crumble Ritz crackers in it. Sprinkle on top of broccoli and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese bubbles.
