3 lg. chicken breasts
4 beaten eggs with salt
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 stick butter or oil
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 wedges Gruyere cheese, grated
1 sm. can College Inn chicken broth

Cut chicken breast into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Soak in egg, 1 hour to overnight. Dip into bread crumbs. Brown slowly in butter in large frying pan, remove. Saute mushrooms in butter. Add mushrooms and chicken in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Pour broth over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered. Make rice on the side.
