MOTHER HILL'S HOT CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
2 boiled eggs, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine ingredients in baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
