CUCUMBER CREAM SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion or onion juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. minced cucumbers

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar and onion. Chill until very thick. Blend in sour cream and mayonnaise. Then fold in cucumbers. Spoon into individual molds or a 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp greens. Makes about 4 cups, or 8 side salads.
