CRUNCHY CRUST FRENCH TOAST 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
3 tbsp. butter
4 slices bread

Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Mix coconut and corn flakes. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, then coast with coconut mixture. Brown in frying pan on both sides.
